Let us please discuss the STERLING OIL MATTER. LPG of doom or GRACE I dare ask – Ossai Udom

Ogbeani in Utagba Ogbe in Ndokwa West local government of Delta State has commenced a fundamental legal human right action today by  by blocking and halting activities at the Plant LPG plant.

“We must lend our voices in full support. We are not acting off law but within  our Fundamental rights to protest injustices!

For the First Time,  the Oduosa of Utagba Ogbe spoke up on International TV, Arise.

“He condemned the Activities of the oil films operating in the Domain and in Particular , said he does not know STERLING oil . By implication,  that they undermine the people by looking down on the stool!

“What you cannot do in Other Niger Delta oil bearing Communities,  you are doling out to Ndokwa/Ukwuani Federal Constituency in horrible dose!

Ebedei,  Umutu,  Afor, Okpai, Umusadege and the rest must join force here! Hit one hit all.

Our Quatum remains ignominiously nine percent for decades,  our increasing number of oil and Gas firms not withstanding.

Agip,  partners to NNPCL had been horrible in our domain for such a long time and heaven knows how they get away with blue harm to us as a PEOPLE!

The quest to remedy this gross anomaly, is meeting man made breakwall.

Ogbeani has belled the Cart, so we must in this platform push in support.

Make you contributions on the HOW we want to actualize / redress the injustice. IT  starts NOW!

Persons close home must join the rightful protest tomorrow. IT IS A FUNDAMENTAL HUMAN RIGHTS TO PROTEST INJUSTICES!

The Indians we hear are making Unimaginable profit off this project,  ditto MORE THAN 7 OIL AND GAS FIRMS across OUR CLIME.

Now we must force a dialogue for the Good of our people especially the Youths Population and generation to come else we will allow the bequeath generation to come , Pollution and untimely deaths through avoidable diseases!

Our Political leaders must be seen not to seat on the fence but lead from the front and with the people.

DEMANDS:

. Delta State and Federal Government must revisit the 9% Quatum abnormality.

. Youths Population Employment as key staff full time and abrogation of Contract Staffing of Hostcom indigenes or any qualified Son and daughter of our Clime.

. Paying relevant dues to LGAs as IGR.

. Housing Staff in built or rented apartments in Hostcom Domains instead of  hoteling them. Our landlords must benefit  from oil and Gas firms operating in our domain.  The entire highbrow areas  of Lagos, houses headquarters of oil films without bearing  one liter of oil of a cubic whatever of Gas. We deserve better and exquisite housing too!

. Cessation of Dealing with Select individuals but Communities through well publicised LEADERSHIP.  No more divide and Rule.

. Spelling out ways and means of managing Populations across.

. Oil and Gas firms operating in  our Clime must have befitting edifices as Head Office or Zonal offices with all the esthetics !

Establishment of transparent Communities Relationship offices/ Desk, Staffed by qualified Indigenes and not just gardeners , Grass cutters, gatemen and other demining jobs. Sadly,  they  callously high our Graduate indigenes for these menial jobs! Calouse!

. Uphold CSR as contained in EIA REPORTS.

. Embark on transparent Scholarship schemes,  verifiable through the Committee Liason Offices mentioned above.

. Respect the laws and Traditions of Hostcoms.

. Stop forthwith the use of the Military and Paramilitary to Harrass indigenes. Any infractions by unruly indigenes or Hostcom must be handled vide the law enforcement agencies rather than resorting to self help!

If we fail to activate a collaborative effort for ALL THE OIL AND GAS BEARING COMMUNITIES and Ndokwa/ Ukwuani in general, to more respectable treatment, then we have ourselves to blame.
