Sen. Dickson endorses 10th annual memorial celebration of late Robert Ebizimor

The Senator representing Bayelsa West Senatorial District at the National Assembly, Seriake Dickson, has endorsed the 10th Annual Memorial celebration of late Ijaw musician, King Robert Ebizimor JP.
Senator Dickson gave the approval on Monday when the organisers of the event including the children of the late musician paid him a courtesy visit in his country home in Toru-Orua, Sagbama Local Government Area of Bayelsa.
The lawmaker who was excitement about the programme, assured the team of his presence during the ceremony.
He also promised ro set up a committee to mobilise the Ijaw nation to honour the late legend for his remarkable achievements in the music industry.
The team had also paid similar visits to other Ijaw sons and daughters including Chief S. Smooth AKA De Paddle of Niger Delta at his Warri residence, in Delta.
The foremost Ijaw musician died in 2014 in a ghastly motor accident along the Warri/Ughelli highway.
He is fondly remembered for his great tunes and evergreen songs.
