The Speaker of the Delta House of Assembly, Mr Dennis Guwor, on Sunday, congratulated former Senator who represented Delta North Senatorial District at the National Assembly, James Manager as he clocked 64 years.
The speaker who described Senator James Manager as a great leader and uncle with many positive parts.
Guwor in a statement issued by his Chief Press Secretary (CPS) Mr Nkem Nwaeke, stated that the four terms distinguished member of the Nigerian Senate, distinguished himself in many ways and respects, preceding his time at the Red Chamber as Commissioner in the State.
The speaker who rejoiced with Senator Manager on the birthday anniversary, qqqq prayed to God to adorn his paths for greater grace and achievements.
Guwor emphasized the political sagacity of the celebrant in the nation’s growing democratic experiment, saying that his wealth of experience was always needed in the political arena both in the state and at the national level.
