SOFT REMINDER ON SUBMISSION OF DELEGATES’ LIST.
We wish to inform all clans that the submission of delegates’ list is still being awaited. As a reminder, tomorrow is the closing date. This is to enable the Secretariat to collate and record appropriately the list of delegates for display and verification.
This notice has become imperative because the delegates’ list is the most important tool for the election to hold and winners emerging. Clans who are still having issues should use every means best possible to come to compromise in electing their delegates.
Refrain from being the last in submitting your list so that you do not unnecessarily delay our documentation. Tomorrow, surely is the closing date being 28th January 2025.
