DAY 1
Meal Food Combination
Morning Moi moi (from beans and egg), 1 cup pap (unsweetened), herbal tea
Afternoon Boiled beans + steamed ugwu + grilled Titus fish + ¼ avocado
Night Vegetable soup (ugwu + okro + locust beans) + ½ cup of Ofada rice
DAY 2
Meal Food Combination
Morning Oats cooked with cinnamon + 1 boiled egg + green tea
Afternoon Bitterleaf soup (without palm oil) + ground melon + lean goat meat + ½ cup unripe plantain
Night Sautéed vegetables with grilled chicken breast + a handful of groundnuts
DAY 3
Meal Food Combination
Morning Boiled unripe plantain + avocado mash + hibiscus (zobo) tea (unsweetened)
Afternoon Beans porridge with crayfish, turmeric, scent leaf (no oil) + ½ boiled egg
Night Okro soup with locust beans + steamed tilapia + ½ cup brown rice
DAY 4
Meal Food Combination
Morning Millet pap + moi moi (leaf-wrapped, no oil) + lemon water
Afternoon Garden egg sauce + grilled fish + ½ cup boiled sweet potatoes
Night Ugwu and spinach soup + smoked turkey + a few slices cucumber
DAY 5
Meal Food Combination
Morning Chia pudding (chia + soy milk) + 1 boiled egg + green tea
Afternoon Afang soup (with dried fish and periwinkle) + ½ cup wheat swallow (small ball)
Night Beans and steamed okra + grilled croaker fish
DAY 6
Meal Food Combination
Morning 1 slice whole wheat bread + avocado + 1 boiled egg + hibiscus tea
Afternoon Unripe plantain porridge (with vegetables and fish)
Night Grilled chicken strips + steamed pumpkin leaves + flaxseed sprinkle
DAY 7
Meal Food Combination
Morning Ogi with ground tiger nut milk + moi moi
Afternoon Okro and ugu soup with dry fish + small portion of guinea corn tuwo
Night Cabbage and carrot stir-fry + baked fish + a few slices of avocado
📝 General Guidelines:
Drink water or unsweetened herbal teas
Use natural spices instead of seasoning cubes
Avoid fried and salty foods
Eat dinner before 5 PM
So that you have 14 to 16 hours of intermittent fasting before breakfast.
For a start, if you feel so hungry at night snack on carrots, cucumber or cabbage.
