Arsenal ready to end trophy drought, says Arteta

Arsenal manager, Mikel Arteta, has expressed confidence that his team can end their trophy drought this season, citing a strong belief in their ability to achieve their targets.
After finishing second in the Premier League for three consecutive years and reaching the Champions League semi-finals last season, Arteta’s side has made significant investments in the transfer window, signing key players to strengthen their squad.
Martin Zubimendi, a midfielder joining the team to enhance their creative options.
Arteta emphasised the importance of maintaining focus and setting high internal demands to achieve their goals.
“We know what our targets are and what we want to achieve this season.
”There is a big belief in our ability to achieve that. We have to make sure that we don’t lose sight of what we have to do on a daily basis to get to the levels that we want,”he said.
The manager also highlighted the significance of fan support, particularly at home games.
“We want our people to start connecting with our players straight away, to start to build momentum and to start to feel that at home we are invincible,” Arteta added.
Arsenal’s premier league campaign is expected to begin on August 17 with a trip to Manchester United.
With their strong squad and Arteta’s leadership, the Gunners are determined to make a statement this season.
