New Chapter in Lagos Politics: ADC Ojo coalition gains momentum

The African Democratic Congress (ADC) Lagos State chapter, specifically the Ojo Local Government Area (LGA) Coalition, recently held a high-energy event that significantly boosted the party’s morale in Lagos.
The gathering was a celebration of collective dedication and featured prominent figures, including Deputy National Chairman Dr. Bamidele Ajadi and National Secretary Rauf Aregbesola, a key leader in ADC’s South West division.
ADC chieftains Hon. Rahman Owokoniran and Kayode Jacobs were in attendance, underscoring the event’s importance.
The Lagos ADC Chairman Hon. George Ashiru, Vice Chairman Hon. Emmanuel Ochie, and Ojo LG Chairman Alhaji Adebiyi Lukman welcomed new and existing members, fostering a spirit of unity.
The event showcased the party’s growing strength, with Aregbesola’s presence emphasising the significance of the occasion.
The party’s momentum is gaining traction, with former Lagos State Governor Akinwunmi Ambode is allegedly set to join the ADC coalition, potentially reshaping the southwest political landscape.
ADC’s message of unity and development resonates with many Nigerians seeking change.
Meanwhile, despite the party’s growing popularity, the APC has dismissed the ADC coalition as a “desperate political move” lacking credibility and grassroots support.
