“If you walk on the streets of Cuba or Brazil, some persons will tap you on your shoulder because they know you are black. They will ask: ‘Who are you?’ At the end, they will still ask you: ‘How is the Ooni of Ife?’ It means the Yoruba race and culture are beyond this environment.”
