Aniagwu celebrates Oborevwori’s CPS, Festus Ahon, on his birthday

Delta State Commissioner for Works (Rural Roads) and Public Information, Mr. Charles Aniagwu, has sent heartfelt birthday wishes to the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Sir Festus Ahon, praising him as a consummate professional and an asset to the administration of Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori.
In a congratulatory message issued on Monday, Aniagwu described Ahon as a seasoned journalist whose dedication to factual reporting and clear communication has played a vital role in promoting the policies and programmes of the state government.
He noted that Ahon’s decades of experience in media practice have strengthened the administration’s engagement with the public.
According to the commissioner, Ahon’s humility, integrity, and work ethic stand out in his service to the state.
He commended the CPS for consistently demonstrating loyalty and diligence in his responsibilities.

Aniagwu also prayed for God’s guidance, good health, and wisdom for Ahon as he continues to serve Delta State.

A veteran journalist and former Vanguard correspondent in Delta State, Ahon was appointed Chief Press Secretary in 2023 and has since overseen the governor’s media relations, public messaging, and communication strategy.
