Ewrhudjakpor:Family announces venue for mourning activities, awaits autopsy report
The immediate family of the late former Deputy Governor, Senator Lawrence Ewrhudjakpor, has announced a change in the venue for all mourning activities and condolence visits.
In a statement released on Sunday, the family said that beginning from Monday, December 15, 2025, all such activities would be held at the late statesman’s country home in Ofoni.
Friends, associates and members of the public have been advised to take note of the new arrangement.
The family also disclosed that, following the sudden passing of the former Deputy Governor, arrangements were made for an autopsy to determine the cause of death.
The findings, according to the statement, will first be conveyed to the immediate family before being officially communicated to the government and the general public at the appropriate time.
Expressing appreciation, the Ewrhudjakpor family thanked well-wishers for the outpouring of sympathy, support and condolences received since the death of their patriarch.
The family also appealed for continued prayers for the peaceful repose of the late Deputy Governor’s soul and for divine strength to help them cope with the loss.
