Air Peace Expands Africa Network With Four Routes

Air Peace has announced the launch of scheduled flight services to four African cities as part of efforts to strengthen regional connectivity and expand its continental footprint.
The airline said flights from Lagos to Douala, Libreville, Bamako and Conakry will commence on August 1, 2026.
According to the carrier, the new routes are designed to improve travel links across West and Central Africa while promoting trade, tourism and economic cooperation.
Under the schedule, the Lagos-Douala-Libreville route will operate four times weekly on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays.
Flights on the Lagos-Bamako-Conakry route will run three times weekly on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
Air Peace said the expansion further positioned Lagos as a strategic aviation gateway connecting major African destinations.
Passengers arriving from the new destinations would have access to seamless connections to several Nigerian cities through the airline’s domestic network.
The destinations include Abuja, Port Harcourt, Benin, Enugu, Owerri, Kano, Asaba, Gombe, Ibadan, Yola and Maiduguri.
The airline added that travellers could also connect to international destinations, including London Gatwick and selected Caribbean routes.
Management described the development as a significant step towards improving movement across Africa through dependable and affordable air services.
The airline noted that stronger regional air links would encourage business opportunities, investment flows and cultural exchanges among African nations.
It also stated that Lagos remains central to its strategy of linking African cities with global markets through efficient transit options.
According to the company, the new operations support the objectives of the African Continental Free Trade Area and the Single African Air Transport Market.
Both initiatives seek to enhance intra-African trade and remove barriers that limit the movement of people and goods across the continent.
Air Peace urged travel agencies, corporate organisations and passengers to take advantage of the newly introduced services and competitive fares.
Bookings for the routes have already opened through the airline’s website, mobile application, contact centre and authorised travel partners.
As Nigeria’s largest airline, Air Peace continues to expand its domestic, regional and international operations across Africa and beyond.
