Bayelsa youth leader lauds Sen. Dickson for transformative initiatives 

A former Bayelsa West Representative in the Nigerian Youth Parliament and Chairman of PANDEF Ekeremor LGA Chapter, Hon Atti Moses, has commended  Senator Seriake Dickson for his unwavering commitment to community-driven initiatives in Sagbama/Ekeremor.
Moses, while speaking with newsmen  in Ekeremor City,  highlighted Senator Dickson’s significant contributions to enhancing the economic landscape of the senatorial district.
He particularly lauded the commissioning of a state-of-the-art Motor Park in Ekeremor City, aimed at streamlining local transportation and curbing inflationary pressures caused by logistical challenges.
Moses, reflecting on Dickson’s tenure as Bayelsa State Governor,  highlighted some significant infrastructural projects such as the Sagbama-Ekeremor road and the Agge Seaport initiative  executed by his administration.
He however stressed the sustainability of such projects by collaborating with multinational partners and securing federal support to boost the state’s revenue streams.
The Bayelsa youth leader also commended the former governor for declaring a state of emergency in education, which resulted in the establishment of model boarding schools across all the eight local government areas of the state.
Moses pointed out key institutions such as the Ijaw National Academy in Kaima, Command Children’s School in Ebedebiri, and initiatives such as the Sports Academy.
He added that the establishment of critical educational institutions such as the Isaac Jasper Adaka Boro College of Education, Bayelsa State Medical University, University of Africa in Toru-Oru, and Bayelsa State Polytechnic in Aleibiri.
He also lauded  the significant contributions of the Bayelsa State Airport to the growth and development of the state.
He emphasized that Senator Dickson’s legacies as a former governor were sure to stand the test of time.
Moses urged Dickson to continue to sustain  his advocacy and developmental efforts towards impacting  Bayelsa State and Sagbama/Ekeremor in particular.
