The Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPC Ltd) has announced a planned maintenance shutdown at the Port Harcourt Refining Company (PHRC).
The scheduled maintenance and sustainability assessment would commence today, Olufemi Soneye, Chief Corporate Communications Officer, NNPC Ltd, said in a statement.
The Soneyi hinted that the NNPCL was working closely with all relevant stakeholders, including the Nigerian Midstream and Downstream Petroleum Regulatory Authority (NMDPRA), to ensure that the maintenance and assessment activities were carried out efficiently and transparently.
The statement added that, “NNPC Ltd remains steadfast in its commitment to delivering sustainable energy security for Nigeria.
