As Christians around the world mark the birth of Jesus Christ, Delta State House of Assembly Speaker, Rt Hon. Dennis Guwor, has sent heartfelt Christmas greetings to Deltans both within Nigeria and across the globe.
In a statement released by his Chief Press Secretary, Nkem Nwaeke, Speaker Guwor highlighted the spiritual significance of the season, reminding citizens of the enduring values of love, hope, and renewal.
“The season calls on each of us to reflect on the sacred virtues of love, hope, and renewal.
“These are the principles that should guide us as we work together to build a Delta State where every citizen thrives in peace, progress, and unity, ” he said.
Guwor also encouraged Deltans to draw strength from resilience and faith, describing these qualities as essential for shaping a brighter and more prosperous future for the state.
The Speaker extended warm wishes for joy, blessings, and a fulfilling New Year. “Merry Christmas, Delta State,” he said.
