Tinubu condoles Samuel Chukwueze over mother’s death

President Bola Tinubu has expressed heartfelt condolences to Super Eagles forward Samuel Chukwueze following the passing of his mother, Mrs. Sarah Chukwueze.
In a statement released on Thursday by his Adviser on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, the President extended sympathies to Chukwueze, his family, and loved ones, describing the loss as profoundly saddening.
“The passing of Mrs. Chukwueze, the mother of one of our bright football stars, is deeply saddening.
“I mourn with the family and pray that God grants them strength during this trying time, ” he said.
President Tinubu noted that the loss comes amid a difficult period for the national team, occurring shortly after the death of the father of Super Eagles captain Wilfred Ndidi.
He urged the Chukwueze family to find comfort in the memories and enduring legacy of their late matriarch and prayed for the repose of her soul.
