Tinubu names Uba Sani APC mobilisation deputy director-general

President Bola Tinubu has named Kaduna State Governor Uba Sani as the Renewed Hope Ambassador and Deputy Director-General for outreach, engagement, and mobilisation for the All Progressives Congress (APC).
The appointment takes immediate effect.
According to a statement by Tinubu’s Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, the decision recognises Governor Sani’s leadership and organisational skills.
He is tasked with working closely with the Director-General of Renewed Hope Ambassador and the party hierarchy, particularly the APC National Chairman, to promote unity, inclusiveness, and strategic coordination across all levels.
Governor Sani’s responsibilities would include galvanising support for the party, promoting its policies and programmes, and highlighting key achievements to strengthen public confidence in the Renewed Hope agenda.
In the appointment letter, Tinubu emphasised that the overarching goal is to ensure Nigerians understand and support the party and its candidates ahead of the 2027 general elections, with Sani’s leadership central to achieving this gaol.
