APC extends deadline for purchase, submission of forms ahead of national convention
The All Progressives Congress (APC) has officially extended the timeline for party members to purchase and submit forms in preparation for its zonal congresses and national convention.
The announcement was made by the party’s National Publicity Secretary, Mtr. Felix Morka, in a statement issued on Tuesday in Abuja.
According to Morka, the new period for acquiring and submitting forms will run from March 12 to March 23, 2026.
He emphasised that this extension does not alter the previously scheduled dates for the zonal congresses and the national convention.
The Zonal Congress is set to hold on March 25, followed by the National Convention from March 26 to 27, 2026.
The party also confirmed that the South-South Zonal Congress would take place in Asaba, Delta State.
Morka assured members that the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has been duly notified of the schedule adjustments, in compliance with electoral regulations.
Party officials urged all members and stakeholders to take note of the revised dates and adjust their plans accordingly to ensure full participation in the upcoming congresses and convention.
