Ismael Saibari later doubled Morocco’s advantage before halftime following a fast attacking move.
Haiti responded bravely, with Lenny Joseph’s effort deflecting off goalkeeper Yassine Bounou to level the match early.
Wilson Isidor then restored parity with a superb long-range strike into the top corner.
The Caribbean side matched Morocco’s intensity, stunning the North Africans twice before the break.
Morocco increased pressure in the second half, but goalkeeper Johny Placide produced several key saves to keep Haiti in contention.
Soufiane Rahimi eventually broke the deadlock in the 78th minute when his shot deflected into the net.
Gessime Yassine sealed the victory late on after a VAR check confirmed he kept the ball in play.
Despite the defeat, Haiti finished with pride after doubling their World Cup goal tally through the match.
Morocco advance from Group C and will now prepare for their Round of 32 opponent following the win.
