Alex Iwobi is set to make his 100th appearance for Nigeria when the Super Eagles face Portugal in an international friendly in Leiria.
The Fulham midfielder made his debut for the Super Eagles in 2015 and has since become a regular feature in the national team setup.
Iwobi said he remains proud of his decision to represent Nigeria despite earlier involvement with England at youth level, adding that he feels at home with the Super Eagles.
He also described his 2017 World Cup qualifying goal against Zambia as one of the standout moments of his international career.
Iwobi has featured at multiple Africa Cup of Nations tournaments and the 2018 FIFA World Cup, and says he is still motivated to add more appearances to his tally.
