The Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR) has re-elected Dr Ike Neliaku as President for another term of two years.
The re-election took place at the ongoing 2025 NIPR conference in Uyo.
Dr. Neliaku was re-elected into the Governing Council by members and subsequently returned as President by the Electoral College.
Other elected council members include: Mr Akin Agbejule, Niger; Mrs Olubunmi Badejo, Federal Capital Territory; Professor Kate Omenugha, Anambra; Malam Bashir Chedi, Kaduna; Dr Saudat Abdulbaqi, Kwara; and Ini Essien; Akwa Ibom.
Others are, Malam Kabir Kobi, Bauchi; Pastor Paulinus Nsirim, Rivers; Professor Sarah Lwahas, Plateau; Mr Adaramola Temitope, Ogun and Dr Adewale Oyekanmi, Osun, Chief Patrick Uka, Delta; Sajoh Ibrahim, Adamawa, Comfort Nwankwo, and Olusegun Mcmedal, Lagos were also elected as council members .
The elected council members would run the affairs of the council for the next two years.
