Things have reportedly gone sour between King Wasiu Ayinde Marshal (K1 de Ultimate) and his wife, Emmanuella Ropo.
If you’ve been following their story, you’ll remember that even before K1’s mother passed, tension had been brewing. Word on the street is that Emmanuella, who’s K1’s 72nd wife wasn’t comfortable with the idea of him marrying another woman, especially one younger than her.
Sources say she was keeping close tabs on the Fuji legend, even going as far as installing emergency CCTV cameras at their home. Allegedly, she also had several clashes with other women in K1’s life, many of whom were once side chicks turned potential wives – just like her.When K1’s mother passed, Emmanuella made a move to reconcile. She begged him, saying people were waiting to laugh at her, and she promised to be on her best behavior going forward.
K1 partially accepted her back, but it was never the same. Sources claim he only saw her once or twice a month, and had since gone back to his former wife — and several new love interests, including a popular Yoruba female pilot.
All the privileges Emmanuella once enjoyed as “Aya Ojushagbala” allegedly dried up.
Let’s not forget, people still remember how she allegedly betrayed her friend Alhaja Fathia, by sleeping with her husband K1 and later becoming his wife.
That scandal is still fresh in many minds and folks have been waiting for karma to land.
Fast forward to the last Ileya Festival, and that was the final straw.
Emmanuella called K1 before the celebration, insisting she wouldn’t let anyone steal her shine this time like Fathia did at the burial ceremony.
She demanded a proper “me and my husband” public moment.
But K1 reportedly flipped — asking how many children she has for him and why she thinks she can chase off the mothers of his kids.
He made it clear: “My children must be around me,” and reportedly cursed her out, ending any hope of reconciliation.
Emmanuella has reportedly packed up and moved on — though some say she’s still trying to save face quietly.
