Real estate owners to benefit from road construction – Tinubu

President Bola Tinubu on Monday inaugurated a 15km A2 Junction Road in Pai Community, Abuja, promising that his administration will continue to add value to lands and buildings through infrastructure development.
The President stated that the road project was part of the Federal Government’s efforts to elevate the standard of living and benefit the people.
Tinubu assured real estate owners that the construction of access roads would increase the value of their properties.
“I know those who own real estate around here will be extremely happy for this value addition. We will do more for all of you,” he said.
The President emphasised that his administration’s infrastructural development drive was aimed at benefiting the people and promoting economic growth.
“This progress will continue to elevate our lives if this administration will continue to prioritise infrastructural projects in all zones,” he said.
Tinubu commended FCT Minister Nyesom Wike for spreading development to under-served areas in Abuja, pledging to ensure balanced and inclusive development.
The President noted that the road project would open up new corridors for agriculture, commerce, education, and mobility, strengthening the economy from the grassroots.
He said though the members of the community should make important contributions to Nigeria’s food production and economic output “but their potential has been hindered by poor road access, isolation and neglect for far too long. Today, the narrative is changing”.
Tinubu urged the community to guard and maintain the road, saying it would be a pathway to growth and a bridge to a better life for youths, farmers, traders, and students.
