South-South governors hail Fubara on 51st birthday

The South-South Governors Forum has congratulated the Governor of Rivers State, Sir Siminalayi Fubara, as he marks his 51st birthday, commending his leadership style and dedication to public service.

In a goodwill message issued on Wednesday, the Chairman of the Forum and Governor of Bayelsa State, Senator Douye Diri, praised Governor Fubara for his humility and people-focused approach to governance.

He described the Rivers governor as a committed servant whose conduct in office continues to inspire confidence among the people of the state.

According to the statement, Governor Fubara’s leadership qualities have earned him widespread acceptance, while his consistent efforts toward promoting peace and stability have contributed to the overall progress of Rivers State.

Senator Diri, speaking on behalf of the governors of the South-South region, expressed warm wishes to the celebrant, noting that the Forum identified with the milestone and the achievements recorded under his administration.

The regional body also expressed optimism that the new year would usher in greater accomplishments for Governor Fubara, wishing him continued strength, wisdom and success in the task of leadership.

Diri prayed for more fruitful years of service to Rivers State and the South-South region.
