Nollywood mourns actress Temitope Osoba

Nollywood actress Temitope Osoba has died after a prolonged battle with cancer, nearly two years after undergoing surgery in her fight against the disease.
Osoba’s death was announced on Wednesday by her close associate and fellow actor, Alesh Ola Sanni, who revealed that the actress passed away on Tuesday evening.
In an emotional tribute shared on Instagram, Sanni described Osoba as a beloved sister and remembered the special moments they shared together.
“Couldn’t sleep since last night it’s well. Rest in peace my dearest sister Temitope Osoba.
”We had amazing time and good memories together till we meet again. I really dunno what to say mehn gosh.”
The actress had publicly appealed for financial support in November 2024 to help fund another surgery as she continued treatment for complications linked to breast cancer.
Osoba had previously undergone breast cancer surgery but remained in a difficult health battle before her passing.
Her death has sparked tributes from colleagues and fans who have remembered her contributions to Nollywood and expressed condolences to her family and loved ones.
