In a congratulatory message released on Friday by his Chief Press Secretary, Sir Festus Ahon, the governor said Badejo-Okusanya’s emergence reflects her years of integrity, professionalism, and unwavering commitment to justice.
Oborevwori said her election was not only a victory for excellence but also a significant step forward for gender inclusion within Nigeria’s legal community.
He expressed confidence that her leadership would strengthen the rule of law, promote meaningful judicial reforms, and improve access to justice across the country.
The governor also encouraged the new NBA President to unite members of the association after the closely contested election and work with key stakeholders to safeguard the Constitution and deepen Nigeria’s democratic values.
