Celebrating a Continental Leader: Dr Paul Enebeli’s legacy in clinical pharmacy
The Continental Executive Committee (CEC) and the entire membership of the African Society of Clinical Pharmacists (ASOCLIP) extend warm felicitations to the Chairman of the Society’s Advisory Board, Dr Paul Enebeli, on the occasion of his birthday celebration in 2026.

A distinguished Nigerian from West Africa, Dr Enebeli has a remarkable career spanning clinical pharmacy, regulatory oversight, and professional leadership.
He is a past Chairman of the Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria Board of Fellows (BOF) and a former member of the board of the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration & Control (NAFDAC, Nigeria).
Over the years, he has also served and continues to serve on the boards of several other prominent organizations in Nigeria.
Dr Enebeli is a recipient of the prestigious Doctor of Science (DSc) degree, honoris causa, from the University of Benin, Bénin City, Nigeria.
In February 2026, he was appointed Chairman of the ASOCLIP Advisory Board, a role in which his unwavering dedication has become a cornerstone of the society’s remarkable growth.
The ASOCLIP CEC celebrates Dr Enebeli for fostering unprecedented collaboration among stakeholders and for truly uniting clinical pharmacists across the African continent.
His commitment to African-led healthcare solutions has set a high standard for the society, even in its relatively short existence.
The Advisory Board, under Dr Enebeli’s leadership, has acted as both a sounding board and co-pilot, helping bridge gaps between Africa and other continents through expert guidance and strategic advice.
